ESP Guitars Takes On US/Canada Distribution for ENGL Amps

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA (NOVEMBER 27, 2018) – ESP Guitars has announced that effective January
1, 2019, the company will begin handling distribution of products made by highly-respected German
instrument amplifier manufacturer ENGL. The brand, established in 1983, is known for its outstanding
quality in professional-caliber tube amps, speaker cabinets, and more.

“The fit between ESP and ENGL couldn’t be more perfect,” says Jeff Moore, Senior Vice President of
ESP Guitars. “We have long-standing relationships with our US and Canadian dealers that go back
decades, and believe that they will be very happy to have access to one of the most respected amp lines
in the world, along with the service and marketing support that ESP is known for.”

"We at ENGL are really excited to work with such a well-known and respected company as ESP and we
strongly believe that our shared passion for the music industry will make this a perfect combination,“ says
Saskia Schlossarek, ENGL’s Manager of Marketing Services.

In addition to ESP’s excellent reputation as a maker of industry-leading guitar and bass instruments since
1975, the company successfully took over US distribution of Takamine acoustic instruments in 2015,
leading to a greater-than-projected increase in business for the brand and a resurgence for Takamine
sales among its dealers for the past three years.
Detailed information on ENGL products can be found at the manufacturer’s web site at
www.englamps.de. To get more information on becoming an ENGL Amp dealer, contact ESP’s sales team
